Position: AVP & Above – Property Lines Corporate Sales Professional
Location : Delhi

AVP & Above Job Description

  • We’re looking for an AVP & Above who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of corporate sales professional to achieve sales targets. He/She will be required to develop and implement sales strategies, monitor sales performance, and provide support and guidance on sales.
  • He/She will have experience in managing a team of sales professional and achieving sales targets, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

AVP & Above Professional Duties and Responsibilities

  • Acquisition of New Business in Property Lines
  • Research and source potential clients and build long-term relationships with them.
  • Persuade prospective clients to engage in a phone conversation and/or meeting to discuss insurance products.
  • Identify improvements or new requirements by remaining updated with on industry trends, competitor activities & offerings Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients.
  • Deliver approved policies to new clients and explain benefits and risks of the policy.
  • Re-assess the policy needs of existing clients after life-changing events.
  • Fill-out and submit applications, issue quotes, maintain client records and prepare reports.
  • Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices.

AVP & Above requirements

  • Graduate with 10+ years of experience in Property line of Business from Insurance Brokerage/Insurance companies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Resilient spirit and a persistent nature
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills and friendly attitude
  • Well organized with time great management abilities
  • Minimum Graduate from any reputed University
  • Broking license certificate issued by national insurance academy.

                            

Position:  Sales Head -EB/Non EB  Location : Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bangalore Chennai

Job Brief:

  • We’re looking for a Sales Head who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professional to achieve sales targets.
  • Strategic understanding of Corporate Sales and business domain
  • The ideal prospect will be required to develop and implement sales strategies, monitor sales performance, and provide support and guidance on sales.
  • Responsible for working with the team and driving a strong performance-oriented sales culture.
  • Aligns the organizations sales objectives with firm business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning and sales strategy development
  • Develop and drive a profitable business for their respective region/ location and expected to meet or exceed the revenue targets within the region/ location.
  • Responsible for the P&L of the respective location.

Sales Head Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition of New Business.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the internal and/or external sales strategy and processes to maximize the organization’s profit potential.

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree & 8+ years proven experience in a corporate sales management role.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written and a successful track record with client-focused interactions
  • Highly motivated and ability to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Broking license certificate issued by national insurance academy.

 Job Description

  • We are looking for outgoing and dedicated Sales Professional who are experienced in handling corporate accounts only with exposure towards general insurance sales.
  • Proactively generate leads through various sources, including cold calls, networking and referrals.
  • Driving sales through direct acquisitions of Corporates & driving new business with new and existing clients
  • Responsible to achieve the corporate sales and broking budget allocated to the region.
  • Conduct regular local campaign and competitions to develop channel and business.
  • Take new initiatives in developing new channels to develop business.
  • Responsible for managing a team of sales professionals driving business growth, developing and implementing sales plans, strategies, and building and maintaining customer relationships

Position: AM/DM/Manager – EB Client Servicing 
Location : Delhi

AM/DM/Manager Job Description

  • We are looking for AM/DM/Manager who will be responsible to support Corporate Sales Team or Business Development teams in servicing accounts 
  • AM/DM/Manager will be the primary point of contact for clients and ensure client satisfaction with the organization’s product or services.

AM/DM/Manager Duties and Responsibilities

  • Seek, process and execute client requests.
  • Answer queries regarding product/ services, processes and if required direct them to the Senior Management .
  • Assist clients to use services and keep them updated about new features launched.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of products orders/ services.
  •  Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients.
  • Maintain trackers, reports for client interaction, product/ service usage etc.
  • Collect feedback and resolve client complaints.
